Kleege Enterprises to turn Clairemont Village into mixed-use development

Kleege acquired the 127,175-square-foot retail center for $27.3 million in October 2012. Rite-Aid, McDonald's and numerous other tenants will stay put, but others will change at the thoroughly redeveloped center.

Kleege Enterprises plans to turn Clairemont Village Shopping Center into a mixed-use development with the addition of condominiums or single-family-style townhomes.

Kleege acquired the 127,175-square-foot retail center for $27.3 million in October 2012.

Rite-Aid, McDonald's and numerous other tenants will stay put, but others will change at the thoroughly redeveloped center.
