A former attorney who practiced in San Diego has been disbarred after committing multiple blunders in appellate proceedings, according to the State Bar.
Christopher Ramos Macaraeg was disbarred Aug. 14 following missteps in eight cases and a prior record of discipline, according to a document found online on his State Bar profile.
