Man Abducted In Mexico Can't Sue in America

WASHINGTON - In a decision that offered a victory to the Bush administration and to victims of human rights abuses, the Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled that a Mexican doctor cannot use the U.S. courts to sue the U.S. government and a Mexican national for violations of international law.
