Lawyer Faces Charges in Homeland Security Ruse

LOS ANGELES - Rancho Cucamonga attorney James Davis impersonated a Homeland Security employee to get the discounted government rate on an airline ticket, federal authorities said last week in indicting Davis on multiple charges including fraud, witness tampering and tax evasion.
