Court-Referred Neutrals Will Earn More Money Faster

This week, Los Angeles Superior Court plans to begin offering neutrals a chance to make more money. Until now, neutrals who joined the court's referral panel had to volunteer the first three hours of hearing time, after which the parties could continue at whatever fee they agree on with the mediator or arbitrator.
