Store Employee Withdraws Harassment Suit

LOS ANGELES - A former branch-store manager of the popular Los Angeles-based clothing manufacturer American Apparel voluntarily withdrew her sexual-harassment lawsuit against the company and its provocative owner, the store's lawyer said Tuesday.
