Beware of Dangerous Documents

Of the many legal documents that cross my desk every day, my favorite by far has to be the nondisclosure agreement. It may arrive under many different names, such as a "proprietary information agreement" or perhaps a "secrecy agreement" or even a "memorandum of understanding regarding proprietary information."
