Double Fault
With the plunk of an oil drill on the floor of the ocean, a controversy erupted on the land up above. It started with Lloyd's of London bringing a subrogation action in Texas over an oil-drilling ship damaged as a result of a faulty guidance system installed by Nautronix. It ended with Nautronix suing Lloyd's of London for malicious prosecution.
