Book Offers Bush a Manual for Victory Over Terrorism

Casey - The purpose of David Frum and Richard Perle's new book "An End to Evil: How to Win the War on Terror" is evident from the opening quote on Page Three: "[t]hese are the times that try men's souls." This language, likely familiar to most Americans even if they can't quite place it, is from Tom Paine's "The American Crisis," a tract originally written in December 1776 to buttress support for the American war for independence.
