Ex-Vietnam Combat Nurse Serves on Appeals Bench

SANTA ANA - Justice Eileen C. Moore didn't speak publicly about her experiences as a combat nurse in Vietnam until the late 1990s. One of the first instances was in 1999, when a local veterans chapter asked Moore to give a talk.
