Democrats Pepper 9th Circuit Nominee With Questions

WASHINGTON - William Myers III, the president's latest nominee for a seat on the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, faced repeated questions Thursday from Senate Democrats concerned about his environmental record, while Republicans said that Myers would provide balance to a circuit that was filled with left-leaning judges.
