Retired State Appellate Justice Joins JAMS
LOS ANGELES - Recently retired appellate Justice Charles S. Vogel joined JAMS this week as a private neutral. Vogel brings to his new career 18 years of bench experience on the trial and appellate courts. He served since 1997 as administrative presiding justice of the 2nd District Court of Appeal and since 1996 as presiding justice of the court's Division 4. He retired last month.
