Mobile Software Company Raises $10 Million More

Mobile software company Aligo Inc. has received an infusion of $10.5 million. Peter Cohn, a partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe's Menlo Park office, represented Aligo in its third round of funding. The San Francisco-based company makes software that allows employees in the field to download data from their corporate office onto an Internet-accessible mobile device, such as a cell phone or a personal digital assistant.
