Forum Column - By Charles Bond - While Congress should have passed a Medicare drug benefit bill, no politician - or for that matter, no economist - has focused on the real problem in health care: The true cost of health care is unknown because no sector of health care bases its price on real cost. The market should, however, reform health care pricing to make it based on real costs.
