CVS reaches $13.8 million settlement

District attorneys from 44 counties as well as the cities of San Diego and Los Angeles announced Wednesday they reached a $13.8 million settlement with CVS Pharmacy, Inc. over alleged mishandling of hazardous waste.

District attorneys from 44 counties as well as the cities of San Diego and Los Angeles announced Wednesday they reached a $13.8 million settlement with CVS Pharmacy, Inc. over alleged mishandling of hazardous waste.
