Orange County judge hopeful rated "not qualified"

The only lawyer running for election against a sitting Orange County Superior Court judge has been rated "not qualified" by the county bar association.

SANTA ANA - The only lawyer running for election against a sitting Orange County Superior Court judge has been rated "not qualified" by the county bar association.

Irvine general practitioner Eugene Jizhak is running against Judge Deborah J. Chuang , a former deputy state attorney general on the bench since 2009.
