Former U.S. attorney joins defense in price-fixing case

Former Northern District U.S. Attorney Joseph P. Russoniello on Tuesday took on his first case since departing that office in August 2010.

SAN FRANCISCO - Former Northern District U.S. Attorney Joseph P. Russoniello on Tuesday took on his first case since departing that office in August 2010, associating in as co-counsel to Taiwanese LCD panel maker AU Optronics Corp., a defendant in a large civil price-fixing suit in U.S. District Court in San Francisco.
