SF seeks to diversify civil grand jury pool

San Francisco County Superior Court is urging minorities in the city to volunteer for civil grand jury service.

Several San Francisco County Superior Court judges held a news conference Tuesday to urge minorities in the city to volunteer for civil grand jury service. The judges, including Charlotte Walter Woolard, Angela Bradstreet, and Gail Dekreon, say they want juries to reflect the population of San Francisco.
