Bankruptcy to Proceed for 'Fifth Beatle'

A bankruptcy judge has rejected a long-running attempt to throw out the 5-year-old bankruptcy petition of singer-songwriter and "Fifth Beatle" Billy Preston, finding that the late musician did indeed intend to file for bankruptcy.
