Class certified in case against Indian company

A federal judge granted class certification Monday to plaintiffs in a labor dispute against Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.

A federal judge granted class certification Monday to plaintiffs in a labor dispute against Tata Consultancy Services Ltd., a company that places foreign technology workers in jobs for U.S. clients.
