Stanford Law dean to step down in the fall

PALO ALTO - The search is on to replace the dean of Stanford Law School, who announced late Wednesday he will step down this fall to become president of The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation.


Larry Kramer joined Stanford Law School as dean in 2004 from New York University School of Law, where he had served as a professor. He called his move to the Hewlett Foundation a "dream opportunity." ...
