The U.S. Department of Labor recently issued a notice of proposed rulemaking with suggested changes to the Family and Medical Leave Act regulations. These proposed changes primarily seek to implement and interpret statutory amendments to the Act pursuant to the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 and the Airline Flight Crew Technical Corrections Act.
