LOS ANGELES - Attorney Pierce O'Donnell is appealing his suspension from the Central District federal bar following his guilty plea earlier this month to misdemeanor violations of campaign finance laws.
The appeal is part of a broader effort by the disgraced litigator to maintain his law practice, including a case he's slated to try in Louisiana later this year.
