CarMax hit with wage-and-hour suit

A proposed wage-and-hour class action has been filed in California against online auto seller Virginia-based CarMax Inc.

A proposed wage-and-hour class action has been filed in California against online auto seller Virginia-based CarMax Inc. for its alleged failure to pay a group of employees properly for their overtime work.
