Roku gets new general counsel

Saratoga-based Roku Inc. named Hogan Lovells partner Stephen H. Kay as its next general counsel.

Saratoga-based media streaming company Roku Inc. announced Monday that it has named Hogan Lovells US LLP partner Stephen H. Kay as its next general counsel and senior vice president.


Kay, currently office managing partner of Hogan's Los Angeles office, will replace General Counsel Kim Funk on Jan. 2.
