Corinthian Colleges' bankruptcy declaration blocks student lawsuit
Corinthian Colleges Inc. filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in Delaware on Monday, staying all lawsuits, including a complaint by Attorney General Kamala Harris and a planned bid to intervene by students.
LOS ANGELES - Last week, some 16,000 students, many living in California, received a devastating surprise.
