On Friday, the Daily Journal published an article titled "Complex courts face fund shift". After correctly reporting that the Los Angeles and San Francisco Superior Courts plan to keep the popular courts open and running, the author goes on to state: "but Orange County, with five complex judges - the state's second largest - said the change will severely impact its (complex) program." ...
