9th Circuit Agrees Litigant Is Vexatious
On Monday, the full 27-judge 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals refused to reconsider en banc a judge's ruling that a wheelchair user is a vexatious litigant. As a result, the plaintiff and his attorney must get permission from a judge before filing any further ADA claims in the Central District.
