A unanimous 9th Circuit panel Tuesday reversed a Los Angeles trial judge and allowed a whistle-blower nurse to sue Centinela Hospital Medical Center in Inglewood for retaliation and wrongful termination after she complained about serious violations of the medical standard of care.
