Letter to the Editor - On March 5, the Daily Journal published an article (“A Milberg Plaintiff Waits for His Check; Judge Likens Business Deal to Kickback Scheme”) about the case I have been litigating since March 2006 for attorney Roger Lindmark, which went to trial in August against attorney Henry Heuer.
