High Court Halts Case On Bribery

SAN FRANCISCO - The California Supreme Court on Wednesday put the brakes on a lawsuit alleging that a major U.S. military manufacturer violated the state's Unfair Competition Law by using bribes and sexual favors to win a contract with the Korean government.
