CJP Delays Ethics Probe of Judge Gray

SAN FRANCISCO - The state Commission on Judicial Performance announced Wednesday that it has postponed disciplinary proceedings against former Sonoma County Judge Patricia Gray amid reports that the panel will conduct an internal investigation of its director for an alleged conflict of interest.
