Gibson Dunn Embraces Split Personality

While Gibson Dunn & Crutcher continues to espouse that it's not a Republican law firm, recent headlines tell a much different story. Theodore Olson, a partner in the firm's Washington, D.C., office, successfully argued Bush v. Gore , 2000 Daily Journal D.A.R. 13163, in front of the U.S. Supreme Court in December to put his client in the White House. Olson is now solicitor general.
