Montali Denies State's Request For More Time In PG&E Case

SAN FRANCISCO - The judge presiding over the bankruptcy of Pacific Gas and Electric Co. rejected a request Tuesday by state Attorney General Bill Lockyer, the state Public Utilities Commission and the bankruptcy trustee's office for more time to object to PG&E's reorganization plan.
