East Bay Attorney Honored For His Pro Bono Work

SAN FRANCISCO - Oakland attorney Phillip Scott Campbell was awarded the 2001 Jack Berman Award during a ceremony last month. The award, named after a young attorney killed in the 1993 massacre at 101 California Street in San Francisco, is presented annually by the California Young Lawyers Association to recognize pro bono efforts of recent law school graduates.
