San Jose's Cypress Semiconductor Corp. has completed its acquisition of Boise, Idaho-based In-System Design Inc. in a transaction worth $45 million in cash and stock options.
Cypress Semiconductor is a computer-chip maker that develops more than 400 types of integrated circuits to service the data communications, telecommunications and consumer-products industries.
