Motel Owners Ordered To Clean Up Their Act
LOS ANGELES - A state judge on Thursday ordered the owners of a Rampart-area motel to clean up conditions that led to long-standing neighborhood complaints of round-the-clock prostitution and narcotics activity.
Police have made more than 100 drug and prostitution arrests during the past three years at the Alvarado Inn Towner Motel, City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo said.
