Jurists Join Court's New Division
LOS ANGELES - Gov. Gray Davis on Wednesday appointed two Los Angeles Superior Court judges to a new division within the 2nd District Court of Appeal. Judge Paul Boland, who has been an appellate judge pro tem since February, and Judge Laurence D. Rubin, currently handling civil cases in Santa Monica, will work together in the court's new Division 8.
