Inland Empire business costs very competitive

The 1999 Kosmont Cost of Doing Business Survey (r) tracks 24 communities in the Inland Empire, generally considered inclusive of Riverside and San Bernardino counties. The focus of this special report is on seven key communities: Adelanto, Corona, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Riverside, San Bernardino and Temecula. The communities of Adelanto, Corona, Ontario and Temecula earned Very Low Cost $ Kosmont cost ratings because of their overall low business, utility and property tax rates.
