That was the radio call-sign of the base in Germany I was assigned to when I was called to active duty by the Army three years ago. I was mobilized to support the Bosnia relief mission, and lived on the small Army base of Ayers Kaserne, which was about 40 miles northwest of Frankfurt, Germany.
