Family Law: 'Roe' Wades Into Custody Tiff

Hall complains that, since he had no intention of fathering the child, he shouldn't have to pay support. Lipton asserts this position by (mis)using Roe v. Wade to argue that Hall should have been given the choice to be a parent. And since he would not have chosen fatherhood, he shouldn't have to pay child support.
