Retirement Roulette Don't gamble with funding your golden years By Paul O'Brien Popular wisdom has it that the economy is stronger than it's been in decades. Maybe last year's layoff at the State Bar skewed my perception, but I'm still not convinced. Until the streets are paved with want-ads for lawyers, I will remain skeptical. Besides, throwing cold water on popular wisdom just happens to be one of my favorite pastimes.
