Reassigned Amid Allegations, Judge Facing Primary Battle
RIVERSIDE - Superior Court Judge William H. Sullivan, reassigned from the probate bench earlier this year after an investigation uncovered allegations of financial misconduct on the part of some conservators, is the only member of the county's bench facing an opponent at the March 7 consolidated primary.
