Judge Barred From Courthouse After Sex Harassment Claims

For the past 15 months, Placer County Judge W. Jackson Willoughby III has been barred from his own courthouse. Because two female court employees have complained that Willoughby touched them in a sexual manner, he has been prohibited by the presiding judge from getting any judicial assignments or from even entering the courthouse until discipline authorities resolve sexual harassment claims against him.
