Fired Contract Attorney From N.Y. Sues Latham & Watkins for Breach

SAN FRANCISCO - A contract attorney fired by Latham & Watkins' San Francisco office has sued the firm for breach of contract. Steven J. Bass filed suit Monday in San Francisco Superior Court, claiming the firm breached his employment contract and the covenant of good faith and fair dealing.
