Judge Won't Step Down From Jim Brown Case

Denying that a professional legal organization she belongs to is a "criminal enterprise" or a "radical extremist group," a Los Angeles Municipal Court judge on Friday refused to remove herself from the case of football hall of famer Jim Brown, who claimed his community service sentence was imposed by a member of a militant feminist legal organization biased against men, especially black men.
