Redo in store for OC office building

Anaheim - The Brutoco Group purchased the former Safeguard Health Enterprises building at 505 N. Euclid St., and plans to spend $2 million renovating the six-story, 61,855-square-foot office building for multitenant use. The building has been renamed Anaheim Place Business Center. CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, Safeguard Health. Brutoco was represented by SunCoast Properties, a subsidiary.
