West Hollywood - The Los Angeles office of RTKL/ID8 has completed design for the 275,000-square-foot first phase of West Hollywood Gateway. J.H. Snyder Co., lead developer, and Regent Properties are working with the city of West Hollywood to develop the $65 million project.
