An East Coast group purchased the 1.2 million-square-foot Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood from Teachers Insurance Annuity Association of America.
The 16-acre complex was acquired by Charles S. Cohen, president and CEO of Manhattan-based Cohen Brothers Realty Corp., and the Cheslock Bakker Opportunity Fund of Stamford, Conn.
