VA hospital upgrade to cost $48 million

Sacramento - The Veterans Administration is set to begin a $48 million renovation and upgrade of the Veterans Affairs hospital at Mather Field. The decision sets to rest previous plans to build a new hospital at Travis Air Force Base.
